REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order has been received there is nothing I can do. 


We charge £3.99 for standard delivery & £4.49+ for orders over 1KG. We use Royal Mail courier service and add tracking details to shipping emails soon as they’ve been collected with the courier. If you choose the collection option collection will be from HQ at my home address which will be on your pick-up email once your order is ready. You MUST collect within 5 Business days or you'll receive a refund notification and Cancellation of order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days upon receiving goods. You must have proof of purchase. Any items returned must be returned in the condition they were sent with all the original packaging and nothing open/used. This is for a full refund of the items, this does not include shipping. We do not cover the return shipping. 

Please note personalised items & sale items are non returnable. 

If goods are faulty upon arrival you must notify Blush & Bloom Aromas as soon as possible. This MUST be via email only personal inboxes on Facebook & instagram do not get replied to.

It is recommended that you use a tracked service for proof of delivery when returning any “faulty goods”. Upon receiving the goods for a refund Blush & Bloom Aromas will check over the goods, If these goods are found to be faulty we will process a refund immediately to the payment method used. Please allow 5-7 days for the funds to show in your account. 

If any orders are to be returned Blush & Bloom Aromas will not be held responsible or accept any liability for any returns lost in mail service, it is the consumer who must file a claim with the mail service provider. 

When emailing 📧 with any issues please state order number, date of purchase, & pop in the full email what the problem is. This stops back and forth conversations and the issue can be delt with immediately.

Once your return with us is accepted we will send instructions on where to send your parcel. Any items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return and if the refund was accepted or not. If approved you will automatically receive a refund on the original payment method. If your order isn’t faulty nor require a refund your order will be shipped back to you.
